Dylan is the General Manager of the Yuxi Pacific staff in China, and oversees all development and operational activities in the Changsha office. Though now residing full time in China, Dylan spent over eight years in the United States, receiving his Masters’ degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

As General Manager, Dylan has been instrumental in leading several ongoing product initiatives. He is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) and has broad, hands-on experience developing products in the search and content metadata extraction space.

Before joining Yuxi Pacific, Dylan was the director of a software consulting company in Shenzhen, China, where he managed a staff of developers. Dylan’s primary responsibility was in working directly with customers in the United States to gather requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
