Acquisition will add to Yuxi Pacific Group’s growing expertise and revenue.

King of Prussia, PA (AP) – Yuxi Pacific Group, an international software consulting firm with offices in the United States and China, said Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of Apex Tech Corporation, an off-shore consulting firm servicing the publishing industry.

Following Thursday’s closing, Apex Tech will become a wholly-owned operating division of Yuxi Pacific Group. Apex Tech’s operations will be managed entirely within Yuxi Pacific Group, and Apex Tech CEO ChunShu Zhang will now serve as Yuxi Pacific’s Chief Operating Officer.
